The analySIS Five suite of programs offers a modular solution to all your laboratory requirements. All metallurgical reporting features are available through the software modules.

Database.

AnalySIS Five database

Store all of your necessary images with reports & results sheets quickly and easily.
The STAR structured database allows the complete management of projects, image files & results, including statistics.
Preparation of images for backing up, or transferring data to other storage media is simple. The process includes CD verification.

Reporting.

AnalySIS Five Report Writer

Report writing has been simplified to use a template based system, where image and database information are automatically placed into reports using Drag & Drop technology.
Measurement results and graphs are treated in exactly the same manner.
Areas of interest can be highlighted using the digital zoom feature.
The report is also compatible with Microsoft Word.
The emailing of images and results etc is also controlled with AnalySIS.

Cameras.

AnalySIS Five Camera Integration.

The latest firewire technology is fully integrated with the software platform, which means that live images are shown in the program.
Entry level cameras at 1024 x 768 pixel resolution upto 12.7 megapixel cameras are included in the range.
Both CMOS and CCD and Peltier Cooled solutions are available.
We are also able to integrate any video cameras that you may still wish to use.

Measurement.

AnalySIS Five Measurement.

A full range of measurement features and tools are included with AnalySIS docu.
They include point counts, line measurement, angles, object data is also included so that any 2D feature can be reported..
Area percentage measurements of upto 6 phases on B&W and colour images is also included.
 

Multiple Image Alignment and Extended Focal Imaging.

Need to combine images, Analysis Five is able to combine individual images to create a larger mosiac or panorama.
Images are easily stitched together in an X-Y orientation.
Similarly a focus reconstruction is also possible in the Z direction.

a4i docu database and start

a4i docu is the database engine that controls all of your image requirements. Live images are presented within the software, and directly captured using your specified file format into your database location, in a calibrated format.
Need to compare images, a4i docu has a great image comparator enabling comparison of both live and stored
images.
