Cameo ® Platinum Grinding & Fine Grinding Discs.

These products are used for planar coarse/fine grinding, instead of traditional (SiC) abrasive papers. They are extremely hard wearing, and reduce the time taken in removing and replacing worn SiC papers. The Cameo ® discs are available in a range of grit sizes from P80 to P1200. They are metal backed discs and use the magnetic principle for fixation to the rotary platen.

Cameo ® Silver Fine Grinding Disc.

This product is used for fine grinding with diamond suspension 15, 9, or 6 micron. It uses the magentic principe for adhesion to the rotary platen and is suitable for all materials above 200VPN, and is appropriate for most ferrous, nickel and cobalt alloys.

Cameo ® Gold Fine Grinding Disc.

This product is used for fine grinding with diamond suspension 15, 9, or 6 micron. It also uses the magentic principe for adhesion to the rotary platen and is suitable for all materials below 200VPN, such as copper and aluminium alloys

Memphis Cloth - Final finishing cloth.

This deep blue final polishing cloth is an excellent choice for final polishing. It is very hard wearing. It loads almost immediately, therefore reducing start up diamond costs. It is consistent, giving great polishing results throughout the useful life of the polishing cloth. An excellent cost effective choice for that final polish.

OPUS - Non-Crystallising 0.04um oxide polish.

Has succeeded all of our expectations. OPUS has already proved to be an ideal oxide polishing suspension. It produces super fine finishes, with both ChemiCloth & Trounoir. If you need scratch free results OPUS should be your first choice.

Zirconia Cloth Grinding discs - excellent planar grinding results.

Need something more durable than SiC paper, Zirconia Cloth is hard
wearing primary grinding consumable. Massively outlasts SiC paper, has cool cutting characteristics.
